CGL1250 Hot-Dip Galvanizing Production line

Hot-dip galvanization (CGL) is used to dip the raw metal after surface pretreating into liquid metal or alloy with low melting point, during the process, the metal could get a protective layer, especially, the coated layer can be formed between galvanizing metal and basic metal. The raw metal is always adopted with low carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and stainless steel. For low melting point metal, we always use zinc, aluminum, lead, tin or nonferrous, among these, zinc is the most used one with large output, various specifies and wide uses.
During the whole processing, cold / hot pressed steel strip，after processed as followings, uncoiling, shearing, welting, electrolysis or alkali cleaning, material storage of entry loop, heating annealing and deoxidizing, hot dipping galvanization, thickness controlling by air blade, spangle dealing, cooling, skin pass mill, leveler, passivation, material storage of exit loop, oil coating, shearing and coiling, finally, the finished product is hot galvanized steel strip/coil. This zinc coated steel plate possesses features of ideal corrosion resistance, easy molding and coating, as well as being cost efficient and exceeds in appearance, mainly applied for construction, automobile, electrical appliances.
