  Specification of LTZ1600 Aluminum Coil Coating Line

This production line is specially used for the precise coating of aluminum coil. Through chemical conversion coating, adhered with homogeneous chromate conversion coating, the surface is coated with various coatings. After high temperature roasting, colorful coating aluminum coil is produced. It is useful for the composite use of aluminum panel.

Our aluminum coil coating line can be divided into two links: cleaning and coating. In cleaning, we adopt international cleaning line equipment to wash the lubricate oil, antioxidant oil and fat, Si, Mg, Fe, Cu and other impure deposits. By advanced non-chrome formation, compact nest oxide skin is formed to closely combine coatings with aluminum coil. Advanced formation technics helps effectively protect the environment and save the cost. While coating, precise coating line is used to coat different paintings on the surface of aluminum coil upon different uses. Then, automatic temperature control oven is used to roast the aluminum coil, quality coating aluminum coil is produced.

Aluminum coil coating line makes use of 3-roll reverse roll coating to ensure that allowance of film thickness is in 2 um, meanwhile, the outer quality of coating is best.
