Established in 1995, Beijing Sheng’an Company is a China experienced metal ceiling production line manufacturer. Based on metal ceiling manufacturing technology, our company keeps on improving production equipments. We accumulated rich experience in design of products. Panel and accessories chosen by us are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, zinc content is 100-129g/m2. Galvanized layer is covered on the steel panel, the anti-corrosion ability is stronger than cold galvanizing steel. Aluminum alloy materials mainly adopt imported raw materials. In panel machining, coiled material is machined through nineteen processes. Surface and bottom are coated with paintings. Every machining process will be finished by a 180m production line. Automatic procedure ensures the color of coating and quality of aluminum coil. Machining equipments are completely controlled by computer to ensure the consistency of quality and reduce personal error. Manufacturing processes include flattening, punching, tailoring, electrostatic coating, press forming.
